The challenge

•A brand presence in China only through Carrefour and Auchan.
 
•Sales channels not in line with the premium positioning of the brand.

Our actions

•Distribution: Development and support of one distributor dedicated to offline premium segments (City Super, BHG, etc).
 
•Online: Opening of the main platforms through a distribution Partner.
 
•KAs: Direct sales to several KAs and management of the Key Accounts on behalf of the brand.

Results

 •Launch of the brand on the key offline and online channels (Hema, BHG, City Super, Tmall, JD, etc).
 
•Development of a marketing content strategy with a Service Provider.
